J : Satisfactory

W : Warning – I will indicate what area(s) of their behavior that they need to improve

S- : Less than Satisfactory

N : Needs Improvement

U : Unsatifactory – I will be contacting you by phone if they reach this point in the discipline plan

Daily Rewards:  Verbal praise, Brag Tag, positive note home, positive phone call home, positive email to parent, treat box for my mystery student, treats to students that reach the top of the conduct chart.

Weekly Rewards: Treasure box for student with 5 smiley faces during the week.
